We here at Luv Luna take your privacy extremely serious, and we will never sell your email address or personal information.

We would love to make sure you are happy with your purchase! Please see our Return Policy below:
If you change your mind, you will be able to return for a store credit, subject to the following conditions:
All clothing items returned should show no signs of being worn or washed. We will not accept returns with any of the following:
- Deodorant
- Smoke or Tobacco
- Make-up
- Fragrance
- Animal hair
- Any mark or stain
- All tags must be attached in order to receive a refund. If an item is not re-sellable it will be returned to you at your cost.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel. This is extended to 30 days for International customers. We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the time frame.
We do not offer refunds, only store credit at this time.
Return Process:
When returning item(s) you must first send an email to luvlunaboutique@gmail.com to initiate the return and have it approved. You will then need to send the item(s) to:

Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for all shipping costs to return your item(s) back to us, unless there was a mistake on our end. Please ensure you receive a tracking label, we are not responsible for items lost in transit coming back to us.
Exchanges:
Prior to requesting an exchange, we recommend you place a new order for the item(s) you wish to exchange, so as to ensure we still have your item(s) in stock. After placing your new order, you may then return the unwanted item(s) for a refund as per the return policy listed above. All unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of delivery -- no exceptions will be made.
Final sale Items:
All jewelry, accessories, sale and clearance items are final sale. No exchange or refund is given.
